1️⃣ Director Finance (01 Post)
Age Limit:
- Maximum 45 years
- Must be in good health
Educational Qualification:
- Master’s Degree (minimum 3.0 CGPA where applicable) in Finance or related field from an HEC-recognized university
OR - ACCA / CFA / ICMA (Associate or Fellow Member)
Required Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of verified relevant experience in:
- Corporate banking
- Financial advisory
- Project finance
- Investment research
- PPP projects
Key Skills:
- Negotiation & transaction management
- Corporate documentation handling
- MS Office proficiency
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Coordination between PPP Unit and Departments
- Investor facilitation
- Project prioritization advisory
- Financial feasibility guidance
- Procurement documentation (EOIs, RFQs, RFPs)

- Maximum 45 years
- Must be in good health
Educational Qualification:
- LLM or LLB (minimum 3.0 CGPA where applicable)
- HEC-recognized institution
- Minimum First Division or 70% marks
Experience Required:
- Legal advisory services
- Drafting agreements & concession agreements
- Information memorandums
- Bidding & procurement documentation
Additional Requirement:
- Must be a Sindh High Court Advocate
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of EOIs, RFQs, RFPs
- Concession agreement drafting
- Legal documentation during project lifecycle
- Legal advisory to department
- Assistance in project structuring
