This facility, spanning 34,000 square feet, offers vocational training, rehabilitation services, and wheelchair manufacturing. Furthermore, plans for an ‘Inclusive City’ near the Malir Expressway are underway, reflecting the government’s devotion to urban accessibility.
These endeavors are committed to enforcing the Sindh Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities Act 2018, ensuring access to education, healthcare, employment, and public services, as well as upholding a five percent job quota for individuals with disabilities in government roles.
