Sindh Wheat Growers Support Program Payments Districtwise List, The Government of Sindh has initiated payments under the Sindh Wheat Growers Support Programme 2025, providing crucial financial assistance to farmers across the province ahead of the 2025–26 wheat cultivation season. Program Overview

Under the scheme, eligible farmers will receive direct cash transfers for both DAP and Urea fertilizers. The government has allocated Rs14,000 per acre for DAP and Rs8,000 per acre for two bags of Urea, amounting to a total support of Rs24,700 per acre after verification.

This comprehensive subsidy plan is being implemented through digital systems to ensure transparency, efficiency, and equitable access for farmers in all districts of Sindh.

Application and Verification Process

Farmers must apply online through the Benazir Hari Card website, uploading:

  • CNIC (front and back)
  • Form VII, land registry record, or an affidavit (for foti khata / joint khata cases)

All applications are verified through GPS-based field visits, Android applications, and a central monitoring dashboard. Once approved, farmers will receive an SMS notification confirming transfer of funds.

Eligibility and Deadlines

The program targets farmers owning between 1 and 25 acres of land.
To maximize participation, the registration deadline was extended to November 10, 2025, with instructions for agricultural field assistants to complete all pending registrations within one month of the program’s launch.
